WTB: Technics 1200/1210 Turntables & Mixer

This is a longshot, but I'm looking for a seller who has Technics 1200s or 1210s that wants to get rid of them. I have a bunch of PayPal ready to pay. Would prefer with dust covers. Has to be working perfectly and have maybe a few minor scratches or another, but everything has to be intact. Also looking for a good mixer, preferably the SH DJ1200 from Technics, but I will consider others. Thanks.

 

My mate has been trying to sell his Technics for a while now. Another chum has about 3 mixers lying around. I assume you just want a 2 channel? I'll ask see what he has; no T1200, but most likely a Vestax or a Stanton.

Out of interest, what you mixing? These have been used for banging out psycadelic trance and vicious Dn'B.

If you like drum & bass/hardcore/hardtek/hardstep, I suggest you the Numark DXM06 device.

 

My most wanted mixer right now is the Technics SH-DJ1200, since it's awesome for scratching and mixing, and all the pros use it.

bha. you should get yourself some pdx ttables or maybe numark tt-500.
technics are just overpriced.. sure they look nice, but they are still very much overpriced

 

I was actually planning on getting a TTX over a 1200, but...TTX's are too flashy. I don't know. I thought the 1200s were slightly better at scratching than the TTX as well.

 

don't know about the TTX havn't tested it.. but the TT-500 is really nice (that's what I own ) and the motor is much stronger then the technics (thought maybe not everyone think that is a good thing?).
and well.. if your going to compete/battle then I guess the 12xx is the way to go as they are pretty much standard

 

The TTX is basically the same thing as the TT500, but the TTX has adjustable motor torque and a few other things. I was considering buying the TT500, but the adjustable torque thing is pretty cool. And I'm going to battle, but mostly with my Vestax.
