WTB: Tototek PS2 -> Saturn Joypad Converter

These are OOS on Tototek and the guy on eBay is just gouging ridiculously. Anyone have some they'd like to sell me? Here's the product I'm talking about:

So far I'm striking out bad. Wish I could afford the legit Saturn wireless controllers but I can't find them anywhere other than eBay.

 

those things would've cost far far less several years ago.
also Sega wireless pad set were going much cheaper...
there was also an adapter to hook up cheap(?) Saturn dual stick to DC...

I feel for those who jump'd into Saturn nowadays ^ ^

 

I have a saturn to DC adapter, doesn't support analog stick though just dpad

 

It looks like they were pretty cheap and common ($20ish) a year or two ago. I was hoping someone here had a spare. Thanks, though.
