    But what's so special about this VGA box comparing to other ones?
    I thought, that official one is best, am I wrong?

    (I have exactly this vga box, NIB black one, but I wasn't considering to sell it, planned to use it)

    THAT IS THE TREAMCAST!!!!!!!!!!

    The picture you posted is the Treamcast VGA box. Which has already been posted. The above link to ebay Germany is the actual Treamcast which is what he is looking for. It is a Dreamcast with a modded case that includes the LCD built in.

    Definitely keeping an eye on it, maybe a christmas present :)
    Thing is that for someone whos held an account from 2003, he has a small amount of feedback, though it is all positive.
