    Looking for a US 3DSXL, cheap as possible, outside of the shell can be beaten up a bit, as long as the inside is perfect as there's going to be a shell swap.

    Uhh.... there's no such thing as an NTSC handheld! They don't plug into a television, so they don't need television formats ;)
