WTB (US): Cable or mod to properly use Japanese Saturn on XRGB mini

This nice white Saturn needs some XRGB love. I know there's several options.
Rewire the SCART cable. Rewire the XRGB adapter for SCART. SCART to Japan adapter. Component video mod the Saturn. Etc.

Since all of those should get very close image quality when done right, not much point spending more than necessary.
Obviously I wouldn't be likely to get a Saturn component mod without at least region mod. Paying shipping again for that isn't cost effective either.

Let me know any suggestions. It'll beat cable spaghetti and such trying to use my SCART to component encoder.
