    Hello there everyone,

    I'm after a fat white PS3 shell/casing. I've got a Piano Black console and would like to transplant it into a Ceramic White casing, if anyone has one I'd like to buy please. I'm located in the UK and don't mind paying for International shipping.

    I'd take a YLOD machine if it's white as I don't mind stripping it down.

    If you have a lot of trouble finding one, I could help you out but not sure if all motherboard versions fit in the same case. You'll have a big chance finding one from Japan, so shipping will not cheap.

    They seem to come up cheap on eBay quite a lot, but I'd rather buy one from a member here to save the hassle of bidding. I think it should fit into the casing if the AV port is down near the power socket rather than the ones where it's further up the body of the console, it shouldn't need too much modification I think though ;)

    I did the same with my ps3 and i bought the white one from yahoo.jp .
    When i look on ebay, any ceramic white goes for much more as you have to spend on yahoo.jp with shipping and fees.

    Yes I think you're right, that being said, a YLOD white 40gb did go for £40 on eBay UK the other day. it's really random though
