US WTB: Wii VGA cable (VDigi VD-W2)

Looking to buy a Wii VDigi VGA cable--- below's an example of one that sold a few months ago on eBay:

Think those aren't true VGA, just transcoded component, IIRC correct me if im wrong.

 

Yep I'm guessing it outputs 720x480p as the Wii normally would, just transcoded from YPbPr to RGBs. Not true 640x480 VGA as you point out---should work fine with my setup however, though I can't be absolutely sure till I get my hands on one.

BTW I haven't found any comparisons of this one with the cheap and still available Wii+PS3 versions (which is being sold under about a dozen brands). Anyone happen to know if they contain the exact same circuitry?

 

So I ordered & received up one of these cheaper Wii transcoder cables (Mayflash brand) and I'm very impressed with the quality of the signal. The cable's transcoder also supports 15kHz (480i/240p) signals when used with a compatible device (e.g., XRGB-3). Bumping because I'm still interested in one of these older VDigi cables.
