Wtb X3CP I have been looking to buy cannot find In Australia can anyone help??

Hi all name is mark/gamer tag warontera
I have been looking to buy the X3CP
U know it is a control panel LCD screen for my xbox but am unable to find a clear way to purchase it in Australia
Or any where for that matter plus I have been avid gamer for 20 years and I only saw this weeks ago can anyone plz advise as how to locate where to get this

Very hard to come by, should see the auctions with one installed. Last one on eBay AU was $300 (stupid idiots having a war) but it's no where near worth that much at all.

They are really exploding prices right now for them. They are just in a extremely high demand right now. The non black kits are going for over 400 with no problem. They have not made these for over 10 years now.

The ones that do make it on to ebay just end up in bidding wars and that is what is keeping the prices high right now. But you know how it is, supply in demand. I search everyday for these and I have a hard time myself finding them and trust me I put in some serious time searching for them! If you find a blue or green expect to pay through the nose for them. But it is like everything in life. If you look long enough you might happen to grab 1 for a cheaper price. But you have to beat the other people out there that look for these all the time like me.

 

I expect to see these sell out after posting this but I ordered 2 from them recently. No one in there right mind would pay $400 for one. You know about this site davidthomas. Did you ever order from them?

Yes I know about that site and yes I ordered from them a few months back but a few days ago I tried to email them and they do not have any left. The site said they were is stock but I emailed the guy and he is having a baby and he told me that they are all out and he did not change the site yet. So I think you may get your money back. Or maybe you happen to get the last ones. I am not sure. The problem with that site is it will let you order 10 even if they have 1 in stock and then he refunds the money that is what happened to me a couple of times. Did you get a confirmation on them?

I was also saying that non black consoles are selling for over 400 right now. The black faceplates show up from time ti time new and are not worth what the non black ones are. They are truly the rare ones that have not been for sale for many many years. I was also stating that 400 was a complete console also with the mod chip. Not just the faceplate. Nobody would pay that much for just a faceplate. The mod chip most of the time is harder to find then the faceplate. I have to buy complete consoles to get the mod chips.


UPDATE: I just got another email from the owner of the site and they do not have more and he updated the site to need to order I think he said. But chances are slim that he will get more. I have been trying for a 3 weeks to get a couple more of them and he has not restocked in that amount of time.

Crestic has been out of them for months now and I think if there was more stock of these that he would have restocked them already. They were getting them from the same source. I am not trying to pee in anyones cheerios but these are not that easy to get anymore.

 

Thanks davidthomas for the update. That's a bummer. I did get 2 each from both those site. However it was a few months ago.

Also i have seen them run out of stock and get more a few weeks later too. So keep checking.

 

I hope they get more of them also. I told the guy to hold me 4 of them since he has refunded my payment like 3-4 times already with them not coming in stock when the website said that they were in stock. But I am not holding my breathe. Also the couple of websites that were getting them are all out of stock for months now and not 1 of them got new stock in. So I doubt that he has a secret stash that none of the other resellers were able to get. I know I should have ordered more of them when I had a chance.

But to be honest most of them had defects also. A couple of them had bad LCDs and some of them had bad LEDs in the bios select switches. I was thinking that the stock they had might have been rejects from xecuter. This is a total guess but I got about 8 of these from 3 different websites and 6 of them had issues. Lucky I was able to combine the good ones and returned the ones with bad LCDs. So I really think I got about 5 of them in total out of the 8. But they are long gone now. I am working on the non black ones. The black ones are kinda boring and I have so many of them already. The blue is really the awesome one! The clear is awesome also and so is the green but the blue for me is the best one!
