Looking for an Xbox Alpha Kit. As complete as possible with original parts. If it boots to Windows that is fine.

    I'm located in the US.

    That's the spirit. lol

I'd also be interested in a "X" Hammerhead controller which came with the Alpha Kits.

Good luck finding intact, not to mention finding one at all. I thought most of them were destroyed?

I think so but you never know what will happen. I mean, 2 or 3 years ago a brand new one right out of the box sold on Ebay for ~$999. So.......who knows. I'm not in a hurry anyway. I'll just patiently sit here, eating my jelly burgers, watching tv, and occasionally going out in public and yelling "GIGA CANNON!"

It just takes patience and hunting. I got mine a few years back relatively cheap. The other option is to hunt for just the case. It's a hassle but it is possible to build the rest of it from standard PC parts. Not hood if you want it as a collectible but fine if you want you experiment. Be aware some were bios flashed when decommissioned. In theory also fixable but again be careful.

Yeah, I have a list of the parts that make up one but like you said, I more or less not just looking for the functionality of one. I actually just started getting into collecting Xbox development items earlier this year. Got some great stuff already but I want to keep getting more. :)

I still haven't found the insides of the pc case to use with the shielding. I havent looked very hard yet though... I'll probably start looking again so I can clean it up.

Flashed with what? Alphas use a normal PC BIOS and run the xbox kernel into memory from hdd or disc. If anything it was the HDD that was wiped.
