    So my demo unit for some reason fried itself out of nowhere and no possible repairs can be done (third party or Microsoft).

    If anyone has a cheap one they'd be willing to let go of I'd greatly appreciate it.

    If by demo mobo, you mean the mobo inside a "Demo kit" than you could just buy a regular XDK motherboard, MS recycled XDK mobos and put them in demo kit cases.
