    Hello everybody,

Here I am to sell the Accolade SNES devkit.
it's SNES to PC via parralel port and there is DSP support (DSP1 chip socketed + its side componments).
With it I give some test catridges with some blank EPROMs if you want to test your builds on the hardware.
    here is it:

UPDATE: The price is lowered a bit and I provide an ISA parallel card with the lot.

Asking 450 euros + shipping for the lot pictured below.

    The lot comprise:
The rare beast with its ribbon cable + one ISA parallel card (two ports: 15 & 25 pins) and many SNES test cartridges with a lot of EPROM memories
(to test your code or to make a cartridge with your program...).

    as in the photo:

    Hey,
Your second lot picture doesn't follow the sites new sales rules. Please update it to comply.

Damn'... did I miss something !?!
I don't understand why no one seems to care for this.
I'd bought it here from Jackhead a year ago for the same price and now with few things added, no one even post a message like "if I only have the cash..." or something like this.
All SNES lovers are gone ? Did I entered in another dimension since the last time ? or maybe it's again a plot from browser involving a crappy toad...
    Help... please help ! ^^

Not being an official devkit this kit just falls into the "interesting" category with neat history which I'm not willing to pay a ton for. Now you post a SNES SE or SF-Box and your inbox will be flooded. For me any Dev stuff that passes the $500 mark becomes competitive territory since there are lots of things to still add to my collection. Just my 2 cents.

Hopefully though you will find someone that needs this for their collection and will hammer out a deal.

regarding how scarce & rare are the official SNES devkit -only a handfull of them still alive- and without many more in-house devkits like this Accolade one, they better fit in the rare or very rare category.
If you can name five (or ten if you are really in) SNES devkits -of all types- still aviable, it will be really good...
And when you see some games at crazy price those day, an original devkit for a fair price (under 500) is not overestimate, see the Targa prototype in a next thread, it's quiet the same.

The Targa Prototype has been listed since April with nothing but price drops and a few comments saying how neat it is. Like I said this kit falls into the category of "neat" If you want to do snes programming you might as well grab an Everdrive with an USB port or an SD2SNES.

You are looking for a very specific customer here. You are looking for a die hard snes fan that is looking for a in house devkit with some history vs many of the other things that will be on there list in this price range. With patience though I think you will get your price. ( I mean how many accolade snes kits could possibly be out there?)
