Out of my priceclass right now...but Im still looking for one of those "blue label" SNES cartridges...what woudl I have to google...or search for...and is there any chance to get "blue labels" for less then 300 ? :O Or are these "blue labels" internal, hard to get by prototypes ?

 

The blue labels are just standard sample/prototype cartridge labels and don't really inherently indicate anything beyond what is written on them or whatever custom label is affixed over them. In general it isn't hard to find prototypes with the blue Nintendo label and they wouldn't command a higher price than a prototype lacking such a label.

 

We had a fundraiser for the ROM of the Contra III SNES cart on this very forum, which didn't go exactly as hoped...

In light of all of that, asking $1000 for it now is kind of absurd.

 

i wait now about a week, got nothing, also no answer from the seller..

 

I bought the Rocket Knight from him, so he has responded to me. He says it is sent, I will confirm when I receive it.

 

1000 euros, so closer to $1150.

Also, op says none of them are dumped, so if it's the same cart - that's not right either.

 

Shoot, now I regret not mentioning it in my first post, but the Rocket Knight cart is already dumped!

Wouldn't surprise me if it's the same cartridge. EDIT: You can look at the pic of the cart in the mediafire link here:

Looks similar but they may not be the exact same copy since you can notice some discrepancies. Either way, going by the similar handwriting and, of course, the same date, they're identical protos probably labeled by the same Konami person.
