I am selling an xbox development kit DVT-4 (see pictures here: http://pics.lan.st/xboxdvk/ )

This Development kit has been modded with a Xecuter3 modchip (for bios development purposes) The HDD has been changed to a 20GB one (the original one died), the dvd has been replaced to a philips one which works great at reading both cd-r and dvd-r (we well as originals of course)

It is currently running the 5933 dashboard. As it is a devkit it sports the extention cards for both dvd emulation and kernel debugging.

The prototype stickers are still beneath it.

I will be selling it with the XDK scsi raptor card (to use for dvd emulation on the pc side) as well as the dvd remote controller (which is great for XBMC)

This devkit features 128MB of ram and is a euro model (220v PSU)

I am asking 200 euros for it (+shipping)

The unit is located in France.

The devkit has been tested and is in fully working conditions.

    Cheers

    NOW SOLD !

Even modchipped it is still a devkit, also supplied with the raptor scsi card. For 200 euros it is not a bad price at all

    price is ... well, okay

if it would've been opened just for the modchip i would be angry now, but to change the hard and dvd drive....well okay, if its open, it's MAYBE understandable (?) that you soldered in a modchip...

The DVT-3 & DVT-4 units are becoming increasingly hard to track down, especially at a relatively good price. Bottom line here is whether you want a nice pristine unit for your collection, or whether you want to by-pass this unit and perhaps spend another year or more fighting with the other fish trying to track a pristine unit down. I've seen 2 units come up for auction since I bought mine, which seems a long time ago now.

If it was a DVT-3, I'd have purchased it like a shot! Nice unit. Agreed, I wouldn't have modified it, but this guy actually develops stuff!

I have never opened a development kit but I woud assume they use the same PSU as a retail xbox, and ill take another wild guess that its a 1.0 ver. psu??
