Yeah, that's plan B. I want to populate the board with a Super Turrican NTSC ROM set, and the only other proto that I know of uses a TKEPROM-02 board, so I'd love to keep it as authentic as possible.

I'll let this sit for a few days, if I don't get any bites I'll probably just go with a rewired and socketed MMC1 board.

Is yours the unreleased NTSC version? The ROMs aren't available, I purchased prototype chip set without a board. The seller had a full proto board with chips that he sold to Dream, and I bought the other set. I thought we had the only 2 known NTSC copies, how long have you had yours?

They use an odd set of chips (27c301's), so I can't use a typical MMC3 board that has been rewired to take 27c010's as the pin out is slightly different.

I'd love a TKEPROM-02, but I'll take a rewired TSROM reworked to take 27c301's if someone wants to throw one together for me.

I have an NTSC english version, I'll dig it out post some pics. It comes from
the dev house itself, I got it in a purchase from a widow a year ago.

I'm a bit disappointed people are selling copies, I hope they didn't charge you too much. I have a MGD here, I was going to dump it and release it
    eventually.

What I have is not a copy at all, that's what I'm trying to be clear about. They are 100% legit proto chips, they are just loose. I've got 50ish NES protos and coming up on a dozen unreleased titles.

I don't know if you remember when Vixenkit was selling a ton of dev stuff on the DP forums a few years back. I picked up a green debug PSX and a NOS Wideboy 64, but MB7241 purchased a proto Super Turrican NTSC with an EXTRA set of chips before I could grab it. He later traded the full proto to Dream for a loose Stadium Events cart and I bought the loose chips for $350.

Loose proto chips are fairly common. I bought 2 full sets of chips for the unreleased USA Bowling (4 chips total) from Dream a while back (he has another copy populated on a board), and when I bought Kitty's Catch not only did I get the proto that I'll be releasing soon, but I got 4 extra chip sets (8 total chips) all with different builds of the game. 2 are very early and even have a different name (Go Fish).

Sorry if I wasn't clear before, these are not repro chips. That's the reason I want an authentic proto board as that is how they would have been used during development. Hope that clears things up.

Edit: FOUND! Thanks so much guys!
