May be able to get a faulty X-Box pretty cheap (nearly free) This is the problem When starting the xbox you get an error code 16 on-screen and the eject light flashes(red and green) continuously. This xbox did have a Aladdin mod chip fitted to it and was working for fine for several months and then the error 16 code occured. The chip was removed to eliminate the chip from the cause of the problem. This made no difference and the chip was re-installed. I have been told that the may be a short circuit of some kind, but I cannot guarantee that this is the cause of the fault. Anyone any ideas?
Error 16 usually means that you are either missing dashboard files or have corrupt dashboard files. ...Re-install a chip and boot off a Slayer's disc for quick repair.
