How exactly do you know that there's no ping limit?

On retail boxe, we can't play on XLink if you have a ping > 30ms, I wanted to know if it's the same on DevKit.

Because there is no reason for there not to be a ping limit on dev kits.

How would you be testing your network code, if the devkit network didn't behave like a retail?

Although, you say no reason for there not to be a ping limit.

Does this mean there is a reason, or not ? :S

Rewritten: There is no reason why only retails should have a ping limit, and dev kits should not.

Games running under backwards compatibility work fine even on stock retail consoles. It has to, because xbox 1 consoles don't have a ping limit.

    1. Ping limit, long distance system linking is determined in the game's xex's.
    2. Devkits can only system link with devkits.
    3. Backwards compatible games will work long distances but may not be compatible with retail system link.
