Since the beginning of the Genesis's life span it has been blessed with blockbuster releases. One of which being the original X-Men game. Now, even though this game was graphically beautiful not everyone likes the way the game plays. Some love it and some hate it but it was a solid game nonetheless. Took me years to figure out the whole "Reset" trick on Mojo's level. X-Men 2: Clone War on the other hand, the second game in the X-Men Genesis series was a 16-bit masterpiece. It ranks up there with games like Earthworm Jim, Vectorman, GunStar Heroes, and many other gems of that time. I was just wondering, Did Sega have good relations with Marvel and is this why they won the right to develop games using the Marvel X-Men line up? Because I'm sure Marvel wasn't too happy about the use of Spider-Man in Revenge of Shinobi. Your thoughts? and what do you think of the X-men games on the Genesis?
