hi members , i bought 2 second hand PS3 Move Controllers and they have been on charge through the dock for 7 hours straight and they're still flashing the dock is powered by my PC's USB port i have 2 other Move Controllers and they charged fine through the dock but these 2 i just got are acting weird. I have removed both from the dock and reset them with a resistor at the back of them , i also have fired up one of my PS3's and im charging one on that and the other im charging from my PC's USB port ( no dock ). if they fail to get full charge , what can i do ?
hi citrus , yes thats right ive read they take longer than a standard PS3 controller. I do however have some news , both fully charged at around 3 hours seems they dont like the dock for some reason. i will use the other methods i mentioned before possibly if i connected the dock to the PS3 it may work instead of the PC pretty stoked
psp charger may work Check the USB connectors on moth mooves and dock If they are dead flat, charging both at once may draw more than 500ma and thgus won't charge off some USB ports. Do you have a hefty 1amp+ USB wall wart, charge them one at a time directly using a usb cable. When the batteries get drained too far, most battery charge circuits can't bring them back up to minimum voltage, if this happens you have to boost them. We'll come to that if needed
