Hi everyone! I have recently got it and, fortunately, it powers up well. But I have some questions: I can only choose Xbox Dashboard, even if in the upper right corner I can read: 0 bytes free. Why? If I start up the Xbox dashboard, and I go to the memory management, I can see I have a total of 50000+ block, but 0 are free. About 4000 blocks are used by a Soundtrack: why are all these blocks used? And why I have a soundtrack on my HD? Thanks. P.S:Excuse me in advance if I ask some "newbie" questions, but I am relatively new in this kind of stuff.
It was recovered to retail mode, and they also appear to ran a tcr test against full memory. Get yourself a recovery disc, pop it in, follow prompts.
Thanks a lot for your reply But I would also like to know if I will lost everything on the Hard Drive or if I can restore the "system" only. And what about the soundtrack? Thx a lot
It depends.. ..If you use a remote recovery, it will not wipe the HDD. ..If you use a recovery Disc, then it will wipe your HDD. The soundtrack is just a filler for one of the TCRs (Technical Certification Requirements) that a develper has to go through, so it wont matter if it gets deleted.
