    Not to burst your bubble, but Xenon has been the name of the Xbox 2 dev hardware for at least the past year. :)

    What that is the working name, chances are good it will be changed before release.

    ... and not, as most people assumed when that picture was released ages ago, the Gamecube emulator of the same name ;)

    I was going to say, Xenon was the code name since about when they announced dev was being done with Mac G5s, if not longer.:smt043

    My dev friend's company is getting an alpha dev kit soon. Won't be able to post pics but describe it once they get it, which will be in about 3 weeks.

    Isn`t Xenon the software that they are using to help write/code the games
    which is way easier than PS2 stuff?

    Also I remember reading that they have said PS3 will be even worse to write for than PS2

    If I can find the source I will post it....sure via the EDGE magaine in the UK
