    Hello I have a Xbox 360 Beta Kit for Sale, It is broken and I need the money and too lazy to fix it.

    The power, Av, and Ethernet is broken but kit will come with parts for it.

    There is no Faceplate for the beta kit, sorry.

    With this kit comes with a second gen GPU Heatsink.

    Sold as is.

    Dvd rom Included BTW, Second Xenon case not included.

    I'd grab it in a heartbeat just for spares (I actually need 2 cases, a DVD Button and 1 faceplate), but well, the atlantic ocean ruins it again :(

    you should have had it for sale 3 weeks ago as I've been in Scottsdale for a few days around that time :p

    shipping would probably be like 60 $, so that would sadly ruin it for me :-(

    well, especially Beta Kits.
    they cant play XEX2 files, so you'd have to re-compile (IF you have source code) or you'd have to have Software that comes from a Beta Kit (I am only aware of 2 games for Beta Kits)
    they are simply not Final hardware (but the have silver instead of copper used in teh boards :p)

    Then you cant play XEX1 on final Kits

    etc.

    sorry for kinda de-railing your thread and again, good luck with the sale :p

    Just needs 3-4 new ports. A Heat Gun/Aoyue would get the originals off very easily.

    @gelb it's a china kit so the console info sticker (mfr/product I'd/console serial) will have been scratched out with a marker. In some bad ones some of the plastic is broken off. @ddx can we get some pics of the back of the console?

    @Shox, I know. I have one Kit from China here (part of the plastic is broken off/missing, not possible to repair) and one other Kit which is missing all the stickers :( )

    @ddxcb, looks better than the 2 cases I want to replace, now the remaining problem is the price and especially the shipping costs.
