I did that once when I got the cases mixed up. What idiot let this get through the mail? He needs to send it in and get the motherboard switched out or do some cutting... That sucks...
Well the DVD drive could contain the wrong DVD key, I mean they can't even put the right case on it, whos to say the parts even match? This was obviously done by hand because there is no way this could make it through a factory un-noticed. Which means if the person who cased it grabbed the nearest salvage they could to throw together this Frankenstein who is to say the idiot didn't grab a random motherboard and a random drive and a case and just throw it together and have mr. lionhead sign it and send it off in a rush. I just fail to see how anyone whom works for Microsoft professionally could have done this.
Because it fails so hard it qualifies to be a collector's item... It's really fucked up to the point of being obscure in the long run..

what makes me wonder is there were never any Console Shell Molds that were black that only have the AV. unless your talking about Devkit Cases. Very cool.
He should still be able to get an HDMI cable in there, from the way the picture was taken... It would probably be a tight fit though.
That made me wonder, what if a one of a kind prize/LE XBOX will RROD? You send it in and they swap the internals but use the old case again? Or will you just get a white one back? Maybe a stupid question but I don't own a 360 and know nothing of Microsoft's replacement policy.
Also what if they wouldnt repair it since they dont repair modded consoles? albeit its just a appearence mod but they might not care that its made by molyneux
