[Xbox 360] Dark Souls Review/Debug Edition [Maybe a Fundraiser to release it if..?]

Some thoughts:

1) Dark Souls is still a fairly recent game (aka you can buy it at retail).
2) A review copy with debug features is still the entire game. It's kind of like "retail+" so a publisher would easily view this as piracy.
3) It's a Namco game. We know Namco's legal dept watches the site thanks to the Splatterhouse incident.

Just sayin'.

Perhaps not the best thing to be trying to promote distribution for.

 

1) It's about 2 years old, it is recent but the only reason Splatterhouse was a big issue is that it was being sold before the release date of Namco's game.
2) I guess, but if it was a big problem, Assembler would've told me I was unable to start a fundraiser.
3) Again, that was because it was a beta game that was still in development being sold.

I'll have to contact ASSembler to see if it is a wise choice. If it isn't, I'll give the two people who donated their money back. I'll probably keep the review copy to myself until I'm able to release it.

I talk on Skype with Robert Kondo. It seems we have the two same copies. The only differences in Review + Retail is that there is a review menu and a different start-up screen(Takes you to the first screenshot, a grey screen).

EDIT: I'VE NOW PMED THE DONORS AND WAITING ON THEIR INPUT ON HOW IT SHOULD BE UPLOADED!
