What is partner Net exactly? does it look like Xbox live kinda but on a dev.
    Are all arcade games free?
If you have a Dev,Test can you use it safely or could microsoft decect it.
What interesting things have been done With 360 dev's with access to XDK software?

Ill answer this in a number format from ur first to your last question

1.PartnerNet is exactly like xbox live except You wont be able to find people from xbox live, its like another reality or universe.
    2. yes everything is free
3.microsoft has been able to corrupt the Macs from certain peoples Devs, but mostly because they did something stupid.
    4. Interesting? I enjoyed Making a fake video taht looked like I was playing MGS4 on my 360. I wrote something up to play a Wmv and Build a Container with it inside. I laughed it as a Dvd and it looked like I had started playing MGS4 on my 360. decided not to put that up on youtube tho.

What other info do you need?

I'm in Australia so its really hard for me to find XDK stuff

    1) Nope, the latest recovery is 7978, with the NXE update.
    2) Yes, all non-retail Dev Kits/Reviewer Kits/Test Kits have access to PartnerNet.
