Xbox 360 fan pin headers blown, anyway fixes?

    in the video you cut the wires roughly halfway from the Fans and Header , the Header isnt used anymore and the 2 wires that come off the Fans get wired to the Drive

    i just realized something while watching another video for the 12V mod..............



    yes thats right but the Header with the wires Blue and Black that havent been cut gets plugged back into the motherboard

    12v it, its an easy method.

    you can take the power from the dvd drive, or solder it directly under the power input from the 360 console.

    which console version is the 360 console?

    Yes, do the 12v fan mod, but don't use the DVD drive rail. Solder to the 12v point directly under the power connector.

    yeah it does, but it is safer too solder it under the power connector, if you are still using the dvd drive, dont ask me why, cause i have done both, and both were working for me.

    just use the 12v from the 3 points under the 5 ground points.

    this worked for me :)
