xbox 360 Power Swith

    i just got a xbox 360 with rod. wing i press the power button i can hear the cooler spinning but there's no light. i opened the system and i sow that the power switch was replaced. the swich has 4 pins:
    1 2
    3 4

    the pad on pin 3 is missing, so the pin is unconnected. is it possible that because pin 3 is missing the leds aren't working?

    Also it might sound weird but all the leds on the RF board are software controlled...

    so if i fix the rod thing, the leds will work?
