Hi All Is there anyway I can tell what region the Xbox 360 console I have is from. I have no idea. Hopefully someone can help me out with how to find the region of the console Thanks in advance
Got a source for this? I always thought the 360 was heavily region locked, otherwise I would've set mine to work with American games because they were always much cheaper than Australian ones.
They are region locked, you're just able to change locality. I think the only way you could tell without turning it on and trying is by looking at the power supply port at the back and check the voltages ?
The video display options are a clue. I believe NTSC consoles don't support modes like 576i or 50hz. You can't generalize much of anything on the 360. Region lock is individually set for each game.
