I guess assumption is truly the mother of all fuckups... Grateful for any advice anyone can impart... I have finally got around to transferring the data from my 20GB HDD to my 120GB HDD (came with my elite so no offical transfer kit) and bought a cheap transfer cable off of ebay. I assumed I'd be able to connect the 120 HDD to the USB port on the Xbox, transfer the data from the 20GB to the 120GB, then profit. Instead I foolishly formatted the 120GB device as a removable USB device and now it will not be recognised as a hard drive. In my vain attempts to recover it I have since connected it to a PC and blown away the partition table. Any suggestions? Can I rebuild the hard drive or is it fucked?
