Xbox 360 Slim - Won't Turn off - It Goes Crazy

So I realize I'm seeing this post a bit late but I have a 360 s doing kinda the same thing, it's one that my friend broke and donated to me as a test dummy for jtag but I've ran into a snag when trying to reassemble it. I'm not super tech savvy when it comes to a lot but I do learn fast, any chance anyone here can help with ideas would be awesome
