Short Yes, long also yes but ... I think this also applies to a Debug/Dev. I do own a Dev, but have other unrelated problems with my 40gb hdd. Dash without menu's, weird. Anyway, you can Tsop or modchip a LBA48 supported bios. maybe new methods exist, but im unaware of those. No new bios means 137 Max.
I have heard of people installing modchips in dev/debug kits and using a modified bios to get passed the 137gb hdd limit but at the same time why do this when a retail xbox is so abundant and cheap.
Thanks dear friends It's too difficult, I think use an 120 GB HDD for my Debug, and a bigger HDD for an another Xbox for HD 720 p movies.
For movies, buy a Xbox360 or something, its sad to use a Dev or debug for this purpose. I got 1 cheap x360 just for movies and developing useless stuff.
