http://www.maxconsole.com/news/XBOX...ve-was-hacked--RKSID00000000000000000896.html This is crazy. They had the server files and used them to dump and hack Xbox Live. Apparently everyone involved was raided by the FBI and secret service.
Shed some light? In the FTP credentials it says "the domo" this guy made the hacked battlefield 3 servers.
Oh yeah that right ! XBOXfanboy raging about PSN hack and claiming Xbox Live is better because they rather pay better security on XBoxLive. I amaze that Microsoft knew about this for seven month before and cover up with lies.
Anyone who hacks into Microsoft will be raided by FBI, happened to DaE. Just weird this story wasn't huge.
This still seems to have been less of a big deal... PSN had user names, passwords, and credit cards stolen and the service was offline for over a month.
Yes I know, and Sony Head quarter at press meetings when Kaz made apologies. Atlease Sony had the balls to say , Not like Microsoft who cover up. None of Privacy infomation were stolen or used.
Did you guys read the post at the bottom of the page? http://www.maxconsole.com/maxcon_fo...w-Xbox-Live-was-Hacked!&p=1386050#post1386050
Except...it's fake. None of those screens actually show any connection to any part of Xbox Live. Just another hype post from a site trying to get hits. That file was a hoax. It wasn't huge because it didn't happen. The Maxconsole post doesn't show any proof of connection to Live. It just shows some rather well known test tools which run LOCALLY. What is there to cover up? The Maxconsole post is fake.
We'll see when Douchebags in Guy Fawkes Masks anally rape XBOX Live if Microsoft doesn't back down on the XBOX One suckage
If the person who posted that article was semi-competent, they would have realized that the pictures do nothing to match the apparent "hacking" story they provide along with it. Pathetic, but then again it tricked some of you on here as well so what am I expecting? Actual people who know what they are talking about & who are willing to compare & contrast information over a number of sources? Nah.
