http://gamesindustry.biz/content_page.php?aid=23239 Together with a new 512MB memory unit for those without a hard drive :katamari:
The MU is cool tho. I've heard DL XBLA games to it you can esentualy play the games you purchased on other 360 with out the hassle of login and registering (like you do with the HDD).
I would have though they'd have been some sort of authorisation process..Microsoft wouldn't usually be that lenient with IP.
It's authorized to the gamertag, so you could use the games on any 360 that also has your gamertag profile along with it.
For a limited time the card is coming with Geometry Wars Evolved. Personally I just want them to hurry up and release SOTN so that I may spend my points.
Providing you also have a internet connection. I've taken my xbox HDD into work and even tho I pick my account, since I don't have network access on the 360 I cant access the full versions of games.
damn those core buyers and the crippling of xbla. They could have some nice shit on there if they didn't have to worry about memory card users.
I think dev's are being lazy with all the space blu-ray has. Unneccesarily so. Just wasting the space. That's why these PS3 store demo's and download games are so damned large.
So I'm just confirming, you still need to be connected to the net to use things on other consoles, because if you didn't then I'd be happy that they've finally fixed the arcade games locked onto console annonyance. Also I believe 150 meg is now a good limit enough space to do some pretty neat stuff without letting devs go overboard.
