Oh man, what a load of crap. I got that mail too but after the online friends section it just gives a link to shitty facebook. I have no mention of the limited XBOX or the helmet. It also says I've only played up to 19 hours online??What???? It's way over that. It looks like Microsoft's stats computer is broken.

I entered the sweepstakes last night from my console and then received this email. I also got a message on the console from player LIVE with my helmet code.
But to be fair, Xbox Live did not launch outside America until 2003... and the uptake in Japan was quite low anyway, I am sure they could throw a private party for all the 10 year old Xbox live subscribers in Japan in a small village hall. :highly_amused::highly_amused::highly_amused:
It shouldn't matter about how many members there are. Also when I try to check my stats on the new reward page it says I need to be a gold member which I am and have been since 2009. Their system is messed up.

I've unlocked the first 2 tiers on mine. Maybe it's some sort of inter-country account shenanigans. Is your account a UK or a JP account?
