I made a adapter from an old ISA card and soldered a usb connector to it. fits perfectly inside a controller
but now I have 5 official memory cards and FTP access... Still awesome to see a large HDD connected

Now I wonder what is te total ammount of blocks you have now availeble?

 

Enough that the block count is maxed out. 50,000+ like the Xbox HDD.

Idea simply hit me after seeing the parts for the memory card and the USB port laying there.

You'll quickly find a lot of modern USB bridges don't like the XBox.

And? Most aren't compatible and if that is Chinese made you'll find quickly that the chipsets vary even within the same product line.

can this be used for softmodding combined with splinter cell? i mean using a flash card loaded with the exploit.

 

yeah thats how alot of people do it.

 

As long as the flash source is formatted to FAT-X and has the save files loaded then yes it works. This thing just allows for USB based stuff that is 4GB or smaller to be used as a memory card.

Most USB stuff works as can be seen in my video where I use 3.5" HDD as a memory card...
