Seen ps4 devkit around 4k so id say aroung the same price

 

Well first off - holy shit

Second - There was one that sold for 400-500 recently so that would be my price suggestion (was NOT NetYaroze's listings on ebay - which are considerably dangerous to buy and overpriced if you ask me)

That didnt sell for 4k. The seller is even on this site (after I directed em to it). Teskits Ive seen go for 400-500, devkits likely more but I havent seen any sale of one go through yet.
I really doubt it will sell for more than 1000.

 

if it's not activated it's basically worthless. 500-600usd.

It won't be for long. Once its time has ran out and no one is available to renew the activation it becomes a doorstop like every other xbone kit.

you might as well keep it until it expires than sell it.

Hmm, what if it's been updating for years and allows sandboxes to still be accessed/fiddled around with? It's been out of the developer's hands for at least 2 years.

 

are you still apart of the dev company or did the person you get it from, is he/she still in one?
Cause how I think it works, is, the kit is on a list and this list shows which consoles are in active use and MS will continue updating them.

Well how I think it works is this console was some how left on the list. (i'm not even sure if this lost is real, this is just how I think it works).

If you can confirm for a fact that this unit keeps re-activating you could get 1000-1200 (as I mentioned before)

 

I'll ask him for pics, etc later tonight and get more information. Basically if this ends up being sold, I will be shipping the item.

No. I have one of these exact kits. I can reactivate Dev kit side or retail side at my choosing but I would not rate it this high of a price. They're purely retail inside. With devkit app now, you'd be paying thousands for a sticker? No. Owning one myself, I'd say it's pushing it even looking to get double a retail cost.

My estimation is $450-600. High end on a good day.

Now if it was the striped marked "XDK" on the kit, perhaps $1200 but not for a beta kit.

 

Obviously you haven't met Neo Geo AES collectors He said he thought retail dev kits need to be online to retain sandboxes while ms dev kits don't need to be? Anyway...prices from people seem to be everywhere, so he'll just keep it.
