Xbox one Test Kit

I've been watching a ebay post that lists a xbox one test kit and wondering how much are they worth if they dont have any power cords or anything. Also is the software supposed to be different? Because its priced higher then most listings that have controllers,games,cords, etc.

 

Without a connection to be verified that it is an activated kit you will be booted into a normal dash where it acts as a normal Xbone
The only thing that makes them special is if they're dev active, and that is based on a number of factors, all of which MS controls.

So basically, you're paying extra for stickers, maybe a special XDK case. But it functions like a normal Xbox one (rare exceptions might be dev only) so either go by price of it active or price of a normal Xbox one
