Hey, I'm looking for a pinout of ram chip of Xbox original for making an external ram reader because microsoft ram Dumper is piece of shit and after lots of research the xbox hasn't have any program to make a ram dump in realtime with asm or hex view
Under the following links you find the Datasheets including the Pinouts for the Samsungs Ram and the Hynix Ram (V1.6 only). Both Rams are pin compatible and interchangeable but you can't use 4 Hynix and 4 Smasung Rams on one xbox board. Hope the datasheets help you with your research!
