Found these builds on a devkit I bought a while back. There are 3 builds total. The game is called remission, and was released on PC, but never went to console (as far as I can find).

In the game you play as a microscopic robot that gets injected into cancer patients, and you kill infections, cancer cells and the like throughout the body. It was developed by Real-time associates, and was distributed for free to young cancer patients, their families and oncology professionals. Like I said before I'm quite certain it was never released on any console, so having 3 builds on Xbox is pretty interesting IMO.

The controls are pretty awkward as it was developed for PC, and the on screen control hints show a mouse and not a controller. I'm going to try and get some screenshots of it up when I have the time to dig out the kit again. Unfortunately I can't really identify the dates of the builds as they all were last modified in 2036

Re-Mission was in development for both PC and Xbox but the Xbox version was cancelled by Realtime because the game evolved into a freeware title and they would even send boxed DVD copies to anyone who requested it. They produced a sequel not long after.

I know quite a bit about this developer because I've contacted them several times about producing a sequel to Bug Too! but they kind of beat around the bush about it.

They seemed willing, but at the same time, they were very hesitant to talk about it. My team and I from college (who formed this studio) wanted to look into developing a platformer from a franchise long dead (but with still active developers.) We chose Bug; but they were hesitant to talk to us about it, so that got scrapped.

We had a pitch prepared too, one of our first pitches we worked on in classes together! Maybe if I can find the original document I will upload it!
