Xbox wifi adapter?

    Does any1 have it? In original dashboard there is an option to manage wifi settings under Network > advanced. ANy info about this adapter? I maybe there is a solution to use other usb wifi adapter?

    Shame it requires to be plugged in and its external. Would of been cooler if it plugged into a controller port or the Ethernet port and relied on the console for power rather than a power plug. Seems bulky to me lol.

    i got one that is dead (or doesnt power on when you connect an adapter) , i keep meaning to take it apart and take some pictures for Hex1gon's xbox archive

    well i didn't know this even existed then again i didnt use xbox live till i got a 360

    Just use an access point, it's the same thing (almost).

    For my mother one summer I ran a XBox with XBMC with a FON router flashed with DD-WRT so I could upload new episodes of whatever she was watching. You can get a WRT54G for $5 at a thrift store and use any wallwart you can find to power it.

    Hell I've got a spare if anyone wants one.

    That's what I use too for connecting my xbox and PS2, Nothing like a cheap wireless bridge.
