xbox wont power on

maybe dead psu or mobo caps problems they are bulging a bit
i chaged the psu nothing still the same

I have seen many chipped XBOX's not power up because of some chip issue.
If you pull out the chip it will probably run just fine.

 

with out the chip its the same i think its the caps

 

it was the caps this is the first time i ever changed caps on a console ! iam realy proud of my self
where can i order more xbox caps ?
