Picked up a xbox360 slim. So decided to flash the drive, install a demon dual nand, and a slim proto v2 next. Right now it has stock dash on both the stock and demon nand. This will be my first slim proto v2 install. I usually use cr rev c, cr3 lite's or dgx 1.0 or 1.1. It's been a while since I modded a xbox360. I made 2 nand dumps with the demon and created my ecc file to flash the the demon nand. Ill post more pic's once i install the slim proto v2 and trinity v3 qsb.
Thank's Hexigon. Definitely not my best. It's been a while since I did one. I actually see 2 cold solder joint's I am going to reflow. I guess that's why it's good to take pic's of your work. I am soldering in my garage outside with no heat and its been really cold. Its very easy to get cold solder joint's.
Demon/Slim Proto v2 install finished Finally got a chance to finish this install. Here's some pic's of the slim proto v2 installed. It boots in about 10 sec's.
