A demo kit aka debug kit for 2400$ is not going to happen. Also why does it say a wireless controller will not work, they work just fine on any 360 dev/test/reviewer/demo kit.
The fact that it does not work with wireless controller is very likely to mean that this is not a final kit (probably a beta of some kind, it would also explain the white casing for a reviewer kit, although I more expect it to be a beta demo kit) It would also explain why we can't see any clear shot of the kernel it's running (it must be quite old). Beta kits nowaday are pretty much useless and trying to sell one for 2400USD is an outrage especially when it is not even a development kit or a test kit to begin with.
Its possible that the wireless controller thingee is busted and that is why it does not work. Regardless, $2400 for this is extreme.
No if i remember right the old version of the xbox360 dev kits werent able to sync up with controllers...i geuss its possible his controller is broken, but i doubt it. its probably a old system that will break on you in a couple months...thats what you get for 2400 thousand dollars.
Im still pretty certain its a final kit,if Im thinking correctly the person got the kit from a tradeshow and the game on the hdd is DOA 4 E3 demo.
How would one get the system from a trade show? grab the system while yelling "Yoink!" stuff it down ones pants, and run like hell to the nearest exit? or maybe thats why this guy wants $2400, he trying to recoup the amount of his stupidity... he paid $2400 for it...
