Nicely done sir. Can I assume the thermal paste/new heatsinks revived the kit?

 

It did indeed although i used some "placeholder" thermal paste if you will, meaning i used pretty crappy quality stuff

Arctic silver 5 is currently in-transit to my home so that should be real nice!

Please don't start the mine is better than yours vibe again in the 360 section, that thankfully died a while back. Yes, your thread is extensive and helpful, but these two have also made good contributions. It isn't a competition though.

What are you talking about? If anything you are just making it awkward.... I was simply stating that there are other people and other information out there as well.... Im not even sure what you are referring to with the whole "mine is better than yours vibe"? I am close with Surgeon and he knows that i didn't mean anything offensively?

On Se7ensins I go by the moniker "KILLERHEDAKE" for those who do not know.

I personally have one point of view on XDK's in my YouTube videos but I think of this all as a team effort of several members both here, Se7ensins and TTG (even though not many of us are there any longer).

Bunny's videos are well done. They are much cleaner than mine are and his examples are prettier while mine are somewhat gritty but more educational. Does not mean one is better than the other, just from different approaches.
