Just a quick question, that might have already been answered. (i did read through the thread about it, but never came up with anything concrete) Whats the business with the 9328.9 recovery that bricked kits?

Is there a legit version of it floating about? And is it any different to 9328.5?

Every version number is different, you may not just notice it.

In most recoveries, you can't see the differences... Would be hard to document changes if you don't know what you're looking for.

Indeed. Was also wondering what the two kernel revisions are that support the KK exploit?

Honestly, I think there's probably like 2 people who actually post here that have those recoveries...

Even with those recoveries though, you'll need to hunt around for the shaders

Getting the shaders for the KK exploit is about like getting the SDK after getting a dev kit.
The analogy has been said a lot on here, but without the SDK, having a dev is moot. Same with the recoveries without the shaders.

True. Is it safe to jump between 4xxx and 9xxx recoveries?

Sweet. Sorry for all the questions, but how would I go about hooking up, flashing over SPI, using the sidecar cables?

EDIT: not that i need to use it ... yet. Haha.

So it's problem, i think if You do downgrade, You can damage Your console.

    4929 don't support FALCON SMC.

    Think of it this way:
Anything below 8xxx is probably a risk.
