XeDK Beta 1 in like new condition

So had that Beta1 for quite some time now.
The console has been opened once to reseat the sidecar connectors and has been cleaned while it was open.
It has the fans allways running on full speed. That's not a hardware modification but seems to be normal for these consoles. The ROL spins fast all the time and it can only be used with wired controllers.
It's running flash 2.0.1838.1 Beta and has samples and a Beta of "Condemned Criminal Origins" on the HDD.
The kit seems to come from Sega of Europe as the name of the kit implies and condemned was developed from Sega. It does not have the big orange Warning sticker and is seems like it was removing directly after unpacking or it never was there.
The Condition off the kit is like new it doesn't have any scratches or whatever and is really looking great.
The mathching black 213watt PSU is a 240v european version.

Whats the current value for such a kit?

 

I would say around 700-800 and on a good day 950 usd.
Times are rough in the XDK market.

I've been told anywhere from 700-900 is fair for an xedk of this condition

 

Thanks for all the infos. The FullAuto does not run on the XeDK and does also not run on my Jasper on Flash 20353.
So it may run on a G5 kit as it's dated from the 27.04.2005. On the XeDK it shows the Xbox360 logo for a second and returns to the xdk launcher.
There are a few more standard samples on the kit. Like Scene viewer where you can navigate through a room.
Lightshafts where a light is just running around a statue. And the good old dolphin demo we all know from the original Xbox.

Looks like my old kit, not sure why such a high price is called, but depending on the prices for 360 kits i say realistic is something around 350€. if you found someone pay you more...

$1000. Xedk are up there with xna kits. The ones in the wild are refurbished China kits. So anything in this condition I'd rate high. I would be with the rest saying don't take less than $800.
