I've had this for a while, It came on a debug kit I bought.
I'm not sure what the differences are from final, but there is a folder in scripts labeled E3.

There are some references to debug options in the default.xbe, as well as ps2 and psp references.

Yea, I posted it there when I first got it. But they removed it, said there wasn't anything different about it.

 

It was merged with the other (original) set, as at the time being, there wasn't any solid proof of it being different...

Glad you upped it here again though.
