Hi everyone! For those who are interested. I work with homebrew content for the original modded Xbox ( soft or modchip ) I have recently updated the stand alone mugen linux distro for E F G partitions along with my New RXMugen Concept which boots multiple screenpacks using a stripped down version of UnleashX.

Here is a video of RXMugen ( compatible with E F G Partitions also )

Street Fighter 4 Themed Mugen & XMugen

Here is a preview of my SF4 Themed PC Mugen & XMugen ( a.k.a mugen linux on a original modded xbox! ) I am creating some techniques from the SF4 Arcade, using sprite rips from PC games and editing all the SF3 characters to look and sound different. enjoy the video!

These look great xRavenx. Since these were similar mods, you can use combine them in the same thread and make it your megathread about your mods. This makes it easier for yourself to update and everyone else to follow, so I have merged your two threads into one.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Hi Everybody!

Here is a basic preview of what the RXMugen Theme is starting to look like.
This image is the top overlay that can have a plain or animated background.
The right panel will have the list of mugen games and features like:

    Mugen Games
    Settings
    Select Skin
    File Explorer
    InGame Mode ( Display )
    Exit to Dash
    Restart RXmugen.

The smaller panel has a clock and screen shot of images for mugen games and functions.
I plan on adding more graphical detail in everything that will be show in a video.

What the Heck is RXMugen you say?

I Created Revolution XMugen to support larger hard drives to boot multiple converted mugen games ( Packs ). Kinda like an emulator does. You can select a mugen game from a list with a image or wmv. Essentially I stripped down a version of UnleashX integrated with an updated mugen linux distro. So basically it contains all of the features of UnleashX including video and picture previews, as well as IGR, and networking. A User can also create new skins for it if they wish to have a custom theme. There is a file manager, video settings features like hdtv 480p, 720p, xbox or vesa 640x480 or 800x600 that are selectable with in the interface of RXMugen. If you are running XBMC you can easily select the Icon to start RXMugen. there are more features coming in the final RXMugen Engine Release that will have all the converted mugen games in my collection and new beta demo projects like mortal kombat vs street fighter.

Here is the first RXMugen video beta concept with My SSF3 EVO game installed.
Everything has changed dramatically since this video. ( same as first video in post )

Thanks for viewing and reading about my projects! stay tuned for more updates!

Glad to see there are some MUGEN die-hards still out there!!

I never created any content myself but I collected a bunch of Dragonball Z characters that were posted online around 10-15 years ago. I have enough to completely fill the character select screen (must be around 100)

I ended up burning this to disc which I have safe, who knows if the content is still on the web somewhere, let alone in one place.

If anyone's interested I could upload the .iso somewhere for peeps to download.
