XRGB Framemeister poor video signal

Hello. I have been a proud owner of the Framemeister for almost 2 years. Recently, however, my device seems to be damaged.

All of the front input ports of the FM seem to have heavy signal interference. Yet, when I use the component via D-terminal in the back, the signal is fine. So basically, I cannot use rgb, svideo, or composite on this device. Since I use RGB exclusively, this device just became a paperweight.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there anyone I can go to to get this looked at and fixed (micomsoft only deals in japan)? I'm out of options.

Here is a screenshot below of my pc engine DUO-R via RGB Scart. All that grey and lines ahould not be there. Anyone? Thank you

 

Probably got a shitty SCART lead.

 

I originally thought that, but svideo and composite ports are affected as well

 

Have you tried reseting the Framemeister? Maybe something has gone awry for some reason.
