Well i just saw this things on the tv they are called d-skin is some kind of thing that you put on your disc and it protects them and if it ever gets scratched you can just change it i think is a great product because now all your games can stay like new for ever :smt033 heres the link: www.d-skin.com :smt040
yes , it really cool . but i heard that some consoles have problems to read those disc , i don'T know if its true, but if it is, that's sad.... :smt009
. in the early CD-ROM era I used to see an ad for rubber ring that you put around the edge of the disc and supposedly it helps to spin the disc evenly without vibration supposedly common with many of disc pressing back then... I used to have sample somewhere but never bothered with 'em... kind of similar idea I reckon. Did it really work? Who knows as I never tested it myself nor heard anyone done that. cheers
They used to sell much larger verisons of this, it went around the disc and part of the top. Sony, sega specifically said use would void warranty. Liksang used to sell them too.
