That sucks dude, on the other hand:

A guy I know had the same problem, but you know what? the game wasnt sealed at all: aparently the guy was selling it as mint, yet the game was far from that, and when my buddy got a piece of broken cardboard and a scratched CD the seller said it was due to shipping issues. Nice excuse, huh?

About your issue, why dont you send a message to customer support and tell them about that? maybe they could outrule that bad feedback since it sounds like a scam...
